These terms cover the Recallpage app for iPhone and iPad and this website. By using them you agree to these terms. Your use of the app is also covered by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

The data

Public data from NHTSA, the U.S. vehicle safety agency. Recallpage is independent. Recalls are filed by manufacturers and complaints are written by owners; Recallpage shows the data as published and doesn't edit it. It may be incomplete, delayed or wrong, and a recall listed for a model year may not apply to your vehicle or may already be repaired. Always confirm open recalls for your VIN at nhtsa.gov/recalls or with a dealer before relying on it.

Recall alerts

Alerts depend on iOS background checks, notification settings and the public data being available, so they can be late or missed. Don't rely on them as your only source of recall information.

Recallpage Pro

Recallpage Pro is a one-time unlock, not a subscription, sold and delivered by Apple through the App Store: $9.99 launch price for the first 30 days, then $11.99 one-time. One unlock covers your whole family with Family Sharing. Payments, refunds and restores are handled by Apple under its terms; see the Support page for how to restore or request a refund.

Acceptable use

Use Recallpage for lawful, personal purposes. Don't try to disrupt the app or website, or use them to overload the public data services they rely on.

No warranty

Recallpage and this website are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss or damage from using them or relying on the data they show.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
